The goal was to have our agency create a product film that showcases both the technical features and the design of the sliding system. We produced a 3D animation that perfectly combines both requirements. Viewers gain insight into the technical interior while also experiencing how the sliding system integrates elegantly into a living environment.

The task was to visualize the emerging Lenkwerk Plaza on the Lenkwerk site. The film is intended to inspire potential tenants. In addition to the building itself, we created the entire site as a 3D model and brought it to life. Moving people and vehicles reflect the vibrancy of the district. The film shows both the exterior architecture of the plaza and its interior. On-screen text conveys key facts. CAD data was available for some of the buildings, while the surrounding environment and interior were created by us.
This trailer is a compilation of various projects. Architectural visualization is a key component of construction projects. In addition to renderings that show individual views, films are very popular for presentations. An animation film makes construction projects tangible even before the first groundbreaking. Changes in the planning can be easily adjusted during the construction process. Architectural visualizations are used, for example, to attract investors or appeal to future tenants. As a basis, we require CAD data or detailed drawings from the architects.
